Cherry and berry season has started in Bilpin. We were able to pick some cherries before the rain hit to sell from our farm gate stall. However unfortunately with all the rain over the past weeks the rest of our ripe cherries have split. We have some later varieties and are hoping they will be OK – fingers crossed. We couldn’t see all those big sweet cherries go to waste so have made cherry jam, cherry & spice rum jam (my favourite) and cherry & port jam. These are now available from our farm gate stall. Our blueberries are producing well and we are picking each day along with the first of our raspberries. Pick up a fresh punnet today.
